Easy to make pasta dish with a short time requirement before dinner, to toss into the oven.

Items needed:
1lb ground beef, brown rice serving for 4, 2 packs of Ritz crackers,
lowest price Macaroni & Cheese, Salsa and a tiny amount of shredded cheese.
Also taco seasoning mix, we like the taste of Ortega, use your favorite. ;-)

Fry beef with taco seasoning to your liking and drain grease.
Then while rice is steaming with lid on, make mac & cheese.
After they are finished, mix beef with rice and mac & cheese with the salsa.

Place in layers: 1 pack of crushed crackers, 1/2 salsa/mac&cheese,
all beef/rice, 1/2 salsa/mac&cheese, 1 pack of crushed crackers and
then top with a light sprinkle of shredded mild cheddar cheese.

Place in oven at 275 for 10-30 minutes before serving, depending on cool time.

Keep in mind everything is cooked, you are just heating it up for a warm center.

It was great for me, others that like things a bit spicier can always buy hotter salsa.
